To allow our diverse talent to fully exercise their capabilities, we have implemented key support policies such as a 100% remote work option (which also allows employees to work from multiple temporary work premises) and flexible leave policies tailored to unique individual needs.

 

We have a large percentage of our leadership driven by women, and remote work and working from home has been a core enabler of our workforce for several years, even before the pandemic made it mainstream – and this has also encouraged more talented individuals traditionally disadvantaged by IT work patterns to join us and grow.
