Computerworld names Paramount Software Solutions to 2019 list of 100 Best Places to Work in IT.

Alpharetta, June 17, 2019 – IDG’s Computerworld ( announced Paramount Software Solutions, as a 2019 Best Places to Work in IT, one of 100 top organizations that challenge their IT staffs while providing great benefits and compensation. Organizations will be included in coverage on along with results from the 2019 Best Places to Work in IT survey. Paramount was ranked 12th among small organizations on the Best Places to Work in IT list.

According to Computerworld Magazine, a total of 20,174 IT employees responded to the employee survey from the final 100 organizations selected as best places to work for IT professionals. The nomination survey, company survey and employee survey were all conducted via the internet. The responses to the company and employee surveys were collected and tabulated by a third-party research vendor. The company portion of the research was closed in February 2019, and the employee survey portion was closed in March 2019.

The scoring process involved responses from the company and employee surveys, where company results were weighted based on employees’ importance ratings from the employee component. About half of the total scoring was based on employee responses, with the remainder based on the survey of the company’s benefits and other programs.
