Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Work Hours: 
40 hours/week, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Duties: 

Partner with the Program Manager and project stakeholders to understand the business requirements, analyze key enhancements, and conduct implementations on each project phase and release. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design and prototype testing and implementation of business solutions. Create complex Stored Procedures, Oracle DB Scripts and Data models according to requirements. Work with the business and stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, estimate efforts and design high level scenarios and user stories as needed. Participate in daily SCRUM and weekly status progress meetings. Use Application Life Management and JIRA tool to track requirements and user stories, monitor effort, and track defects. Follow up and work closely with multiple teams on status, project health and overall timelines. Implement best practices, design project plans and facilitate daily and weekly follow up and status meetings. Work closely with stakeholders, product support and cross-functional teams to collectively integrate end to end applications and testing, resolve issues, mitigate risks and achieve smooth functionality across applications. Conduct brand certification testing and validation across merchant terminals to accept and process various credit card payment methods. Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects. Design closure and summary reports at the end of testing phase to highlight key milestones, execution, defect summary, best practices and lessons learned. This position is for a roving employee who will work at 4030 Old Milton Parkway, Suite 200, Alpharetta, GA 30005 and various unanticipated locations.

Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field of study, and five (5) years of experience in a related occupation. Work experience or academic coursework must have included: Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Quality Assurance tools JIRA, TFS, HP ALM and HP UFT, Oracle Database, IBM Mainframes, and the Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
