The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring product compliance per requirement, along with continuous overall process improvement, and will be involved with Product Development and Product Management teams to understand stakeholder requirements, technical design, and functional / non-functional specifications. Utilize HP LoadRunner / HP Performance Center, Performance Engineering / Testing Methods, Dynatrace APM/ Wily Introscope, IBM Curam, Oracle Database, Splunk, JIRA and Apache Jmeter and Agile methodologies to perform the following job duties: Create Test plans at multiple levels detailing resource allocation, requirements coverage, workload model creation and traceability, infrastructure accessibility including application and database servers inside the firewall as well as on the cloud. Perform User acceptance testing of the Web and Mobile applications to ensure the software is working while producing a high-quality final product. Calculate load modeling (Identifying Critical Business Flows) based on production data & provide estimates based on the complexity of the project and in turn create Work Load Modeling (WLM) document. Use SQL to query different relational databases. Work to identify software bottlenecks, and perform root cause analysis. Evaluate application performance by executing load tests and determining server-side capacity thresholds. Capture metrics and generate reports to monitor product health and track productivity. Provide recommendations for process optimization and drive usability enhancement forums while partnering with end users and product owners. Perform Production Load tests to validate the fixes. Manage requirements and test case repositories, and maintain defect life cycles using Quality Center & Jira tools.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study, and two (2) years of experience in a related occupation. Alternate acceptable combination of education and/or professional experience: Eight (8) years of experience in a related occupation. Professional experience or academic coursework must have included: HP LoadRunner / HP Performance Center, Performance Engineering/Performance Testing Methods, Dynatrace APM, Wily Introscope, IBM Curam, Oracle Database, Splunk, JIRA, and Apache Jmeter.
